Sukkah x DC

Last month, we were honored to take part in Sukkah x DC hosted by the National Building Museum + Capital Jewish Museum. Our installation ‘Thank U, Nest’ was designed in line with ACU’s mission of protecting animal welfare by addressing the harmed and displaced wildlife in our city.  

Our Sukkah shared amenities that we take for granted as humans with our local and migrating avian friends. After the event, birdhouses were given to members of the community to provide homes to birds throughout the city.
