Hope House Affordable Housing, Tiny Homes & Ministry Center

Located in Bowling Green, KY, this master-planned community includes 16 townhouses, 22 tiny homes, and a ministry center. Homelessness has been on the rise in Bowling Green for the past few years; however, through this critical accommodation and support services, the residents have an opportunity to break the cycle of homelessness.

Residents are provided with safe and comfortable living spaces in the townhouses and tiny homes. Interior materials such as wood are designed to be calming and warm, while the exterior cladding is designed to be durable and long-lasting. With their focus on creating a sense of community, both typologies promote independence as well as interdependence. Meanwhile, the ministry center provides education, career development, and addiction recovery services to the residents.
